F.C. København chase European group stage with Bo Svensson

F.C. København are chasing a European group stage under Bo Svensson's leadership. The team must go through three rounds in Conference League qualification before reaching the main tournament.

What is the challenge?

The first round is against Ukrainian Polissya, who are not a walk-over. Eduard Sarapiy, defender, is however optimistic and says: – There are some positive things: If we get past them, we will be seeded.

What difference does it make?

Sarapiy thinks that it does not make a big difference whether they meet Polissya in the first round or in the knockout phase. – They are in the same qualifying round as us, so it means that it is evenly matched, and it will be decided on the pitch.

The first of two matches between F.C. København and Polissya will be played on July 23. The return match will take place on July 29 in Parken.
